院校概况
路易斯安那理工大学创建于1894年，是一所州立工科大学。250英亩的校园风景秀丽，自然景观和红砖建筑巧妙地融为一体。提供会计学、生物学、护理、机械工程、航空学等80种专业领域的学士和30种专业领域硕士学位课程，特别在情报技术、计算机工程等工技学科领域的造诣高深。

服务设施
学校拥有运动中心、游泳池、网球、棒球和足球场、跑道、保龄球馆、台球室、高尔夫球场以及24小时开放的计算机教室。
学校新建的生物医学工程大楼耗资850万美元、占地52,000平方英尺，备有高科技实验室、会议室和供企业及技术研究使用的细胞培养实验室。
接机住宿
住宿：23岁以下且未婚的学生要求住在校内。学习ESL的学生，参加“Reaching Across Cultures”项目，可以和一个美国学生同宿舍，同时将有机会参加一系列由住宿办公室、国际学生办公室和外语系举办的跨文化交流活动。
